Updating Your Profile Info

The Profile Editor lets you update your photo, bio, contact info, and other preferences directly from your Agent Portal. Keeping your profile up to date helps personalize client introductions and ensures your information is accurate.

You can manage your account information and personalize how you’re introduced to clients using the Profile Editor in your Agent Portal.

What you can do

In the Profile Editor, you can:

  • Add personal details

    Upload a profile photo, write a short bio, and link to an external profile.

  • Update your contact and brokerage information

    Edit your name, phone number, email address, and brokerage affiliation.

  • Pause and resume referrals

    Temporarily stop receiving referrals and set a date for them to restart automatically.

  1. Log into your Agent Portal.

  2. Click your avatar in the upper right corner.

  3. Select Profile from the dropdown menu.

Why it matters

Your profile helps clients feel more connected before the first call. Your photo, bio, and linked profile may be included in customer communications, so it’s worth keeping things up to date.
