Introduce yourself as a Clever Partner Agent

Even if you’ve only received one lead from us, we still consider you a Partner Agent! Feel free to explain that Clever does not employ you, we simply have a business partnership.



Reach out to our customers ASAP!
Once you receive an introduction to a customer, be sure to respond right away and set up a time to chat about their real estate goals. If you don’t hear back from them, follow up again through a different medium. It’s possible the customer prefers email over text or vice versa.

The first message is also a great way to build rapport with a potential new client. Don’t be afraid to send a link to your Zillow profile or website. This helps showcase how great of an agent you are!

Update your portal regularly

Offer additional marketing services as requested, but do not make them required

If a customer is interested in drone shots, 3D photos, staging, mailers, and so on, you are welcome to offer these services á la carte — as long as the client is not required to purchase any of these additional marketing services. Additionally, to minimize confusion, these services should be listed separately on the listing agreement and closing docs.
