After closing a transaction with Clever, please complete the following steps to send us your referral fee.
1) Mail a check with the Transaction ID
Within 10 days of closing, mail a check labeled with the deal's Transaction ID to:

You can find the Transaction ID on the deal preview in the Payments Tab of your portal.
2) Send closing docs
Send Clever an ALTA or HUD statement associated with this deal so we can verify your payment amount:
- By email to closings@movewithclever.com; write the Transaction ID in the subject line
- By mail to the address above; put the ALTA or HUD in the envelope with your check
3) Provide an update
When you've sent Clever a check and closing docs, let us know by clicking "Provide Update" in your portal. Prompt updates help us keep your account active, as failure to pay on time may result in a loss of eligibility for new deals until we receive payment.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for us to process your check and update the Agent Portal accordingly.
