Many customers are sent to multiple agents at a time, and they expire once the request is filled. If the seller or buyer requested multiple agents, we will make introductions with multiple agents.
Upon claiming the lead, you will receive an introduction text message and email with the
customer.
Along with the introduction, we'll send you a private confirmation email with all the customer’s details and any notes we’ve gathered on them.
