Going forward, you will receive most leads via text message. We will send you a link and some basic info on the customer. If you’re interested, please click the link included with the text ASAP to claim the lead!

Many customers are sent to multiple agents at a time, and they expire once the request is filled. If the seller or buyer requested multiple agents, we will make introductions with multiple agents.

Along with the introduction, we'll send you a private confirmation email with all the customer’s details and any notes we’ve gathered on them.
