For homes less than $100,000, Clever sets the expectation with its sellers that our partner agents won't be able to provide a discount. A 30% referral fee is still owed to Clever upon close.

Full-Service
Clever sellers are expecting full service from the real estate agents we pair them with. Full service includes:
- Competitive market analysis (CMA) — i.e., a professional property valuation and pricing recommendations
- Professional photos taken by a third-party photographer (or by the agent if they have a professional setup) for listings on Zillow, MLS, Realtor.com, and other websites
- Open houses and showings as needed
- For sale sign with brokerage logo/contact info in the yard
- Lockbox on the door
- Negotiation support
- Paperwork assistance from required disclosures and purchase agreements through closing
