What is a Lender Certified Agent?
A Lender Certified Agent is a Clever Partner Agent who has completed the official training to be eligible to receive referrals from this channel.
Why is an additional training necessary?
The customers sent via this channel are motivated, highly-vetted, and already on the path of getting pre-approved for a loan. We want to make sure we are putting our best foot forward to win these customers.
Additionally, our Lender Partnership Program requires a higher degree of communication between all parties. Together we are creating a home-buying team with the goal of fostering a seamless buying experience for our customers and fast feedback for our Partner Loan Officers.
The more value we can provide our Lending Partners and our customers, the more transactions we can close together.
