Clever offers cash back in the 41 of 50 US states that allow it. (Unavailable in AK, IA, KS, LA, MO, MS, OK, OR, and TN) When you help a Clever buyer close on a home, we pay the customer $250 after they close. We pay an additional $250 if they also sell a home using a Clever partner agent.
Clever Cash Back is a payment from Clever to the home buyer, so there is no need for you to pay a rebate directly to the customer.
Full-Service
Clever sellers are expecting full service from the real estate agents we pair them with. Full service includes:
- MLS alerts to inform the buyer of homes for sale in their targeted area
- Showings and house tours as needed by the buyer
- Professional referrals to inspectors, contractors, title companies, etc.
- Paperwork and negotiation support to help the buyer get the best deal possible
