# Can I charge an admin fee, cancellation fee, or a commission other than what you advertise?

In short, no. Our customers come to us because they are interested in our commission models as advertised. We ask that you do not offer anything outside of what is outlined in this handbook or on our website. This includes making additional charges, such as administration fees.

When agents go off script, it makes both you and Clever seem like a bait and switch. This is certainly not the reputation either of us wants to build. Charging anything other than our advertised commission models may result in removal from our Agent Network.
