The Agent Live Transfer program is a way for agents to get leads faster than ever before.

How do Live Transfers work?

Once our Home Concierge team has connected with a customer and gathered their real estate goals, the Concierge will:

  1. Confirm the customer's eligibility
  2. Call you to give a brief overview
  3. Connect you to the customer

We will attempt live transfers for all transaction types, including Clever Pro and Clever Offers. Eligibility requires appropriate certification(s), commission model(s) opt-in, and historical transactions in the area.

What we need from you

Speed and Consistency. We want to limit hold times and missed connections as much as possible, so being quick to answer calls from Clever will be key to this program's success.

  • If the customer is in a market you're not licensed in, you may turn it down.

  • Once you connect, it's business as usual: build rapport, gain perspective about what they need, and earn their business.

  • Before you end the call, try to schedule an in-person meeting with the customer.

The moment you receive the Lead Receipt in your email, provide us with an update in your Portal. Due to the speed of the Live Transfer, there may be a delay from when the connection is made to when you receive the Lead Receipt.

It is required that you provide an update in your Portal within 24 hours of receiving a Live Transfer to maintain eligibility within the program.

If at any time you will be unavailable to take Live Transfers for an extended period, or you would like to opt out of this program, please inform your Territory Manager.
